Real Kashmir won their final Group A match against Pune City Reserves 1-0 to confirm a berth in the next round and temporarily top the group with 22 points from 10 games. Kouassi Yao scored the only goal for the Kashmir-based club. Even win Hindustan beat them to the top of Group A, they will qualify as the best second-placed team from the three groups.

TRAU FC finished the first round in style with a 3-1 win over Langsning FC. The winners from Group C have amassed 23 points from their 10 games, losing just one.

In Group B, Kerala Blasters emerged as group-toppers. Both Ozone FC and FC Kerala, who were level on points going into their final round of games, suffered defeats.
