Football Manager 2023 is was released on November 8, 2022 and with the previous editions finding plenty of interest among football lovers, fans are enjoying another hit from the franchise.
The 2022 edition of the game was released in November 2021 and managed to sell more than a million copies in PC/Mac platforms alone in less than a year.

Football Manager 2023 console PS5 release date
Football Manager 2023 Console will be released for PlayStation 5 on February 1, 2023.
Sports Interactive had confirmed in September 2022 that Football Manager 2023 would be available to play on PS5. However, the launch of the game for PS5 was delayed and therefore was not available to play on November 8.
PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to avail of a 20 per cent discount on FM23 Console for PS5 until 3pm GMT on February 14.
"While it's unusual for us to release a game during a major football transfer window, our priority from the moment our initial launch was postponed was to get the game into the hands of PS5 gamers as quickly as possible," said Football Manager chief Miles Jacobson.
"Once all the global transfer windows are closed, we will provide a data update for the PS5 edition in line with the updates for all of our other platforms."

What is Football Manager 2023 Console?
Football Manager 2023 Console is the name given to the console version of Football Manager 2023 that is playable on PS5 and Xbox devices. Previously, the only console FM was available on was Xbox, so the name reflected that fact.
FM23 Console price and where to buy
Football Manager 2023 Console for PS5 or Xbox is slightly cheaper than the PC/Mac version of the game.
In the UK, the game will cost £39.99 to buy and in the U.S. it is priced at $49.99. However, you can get it cheaper if you pre-purchase before the November 8 launch, with a 20 per cent discount applying.
The PS5 version of the game can be bought online at the PlayStation store, while you can purchase the Xbox version from the online Microsoft store.

New features on FM23 Console
This year, FM23 has new "radial menus" on PS5 and Xbox, which are designed to make the game much more intuitive, while the touchline tablet option has been remodelled.
Team Talks have been incorporated into the console version of the game for the first time and Recruitment Focuses have been introduced too, allowing you to better hone your transfer activity.

What other consoles will FM23 be on?
Football Manager 2023 is also available to play on PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch and via Apple Arcade. For the latter, gamers will be able to play on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV.
The FM Console, Touch and Mobile editions of Football Manager 2023 were launched on the same date as the PC/Mac version.
