Cameroon were crowned the U17 Africa Cup of Nations champions after they beat Guinea U17 5-3 on penalties at the National Stadium, Dar es Salaam on Sunday afternoon.
Saidou Alioum scored the winning penalty for Cameroon with the scores level-pegging at 0-0 after regulation time.
