EXTRA TIME: Eto’o, Elneny, Boateng pay tribute to Andres Iniesta

The 31-year-old disclosed that he will leave the Camp Nou at the end of the 2017-18 campaign after spending 16 seasons

Samuel Eto’o, Kevin-Prince Boateng, Mohamed Elneny and Sunday Oliseh have paid tribute to Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta after the midfielder announced his departure from the club.

Iniesta joined the Spanish giants as a 12-year-old in 1996 and went on to win 31 major trophies following his breakthrough to the first team setup in the 2002-03 season.

On Friday, the Spain international confirmed that he will leave Barcelona at the end of the season after 22 years and African stars including his former teammate Samuel Eto’o have paid respect to the midfield maestro.
