Djuma hopes for Okwi to return

Simba assistant coach Masoud Djuma believes that Emmanuel Okwi will be fit to play against Al Masry on Wednesday. 

Wekundu wa Msimbazi host Masry in CAF Confederation Cup in the first leg tie following their triumph against Gendarmerie in the preliminary round. 

Okwi was replaced in the Ligi Kuu match aganst Mbao FC after picking up a leg injury, he was also sidelined in the last League match against Stand United because he had not fully recovered.   

Speaking to Goal Djuma said that Okwi is one among the most important player in their squad and they hope for him to be fit enough to play against Masry. 

"We have an important match ahead and we hope to have all of our important players including Okwi, he was not fit last time but he will be in contention to play this time around,” said Djuma. 

Djuma said that they preparing for a tough clash but he believes that home advantage will play a key part in their success.
