A win for La Roja will see them qualify for the finals while the hosts need a win to keep their hopes alive, so there could be value in early goals

Croatia welcome to Spain to Zagreb on Thursday evening looking to exact some revenge following the 6-0 thrashing in their UEFA Nations League opener back in September.

Since that result, Group A4 has really opened up and all three teams can still make it through to the final four.

Latest odds

Spain will book their place in the final four with a win at the Maksimir Stadium and 888Sport offer the visitors at 11/10 (2.10) and La Roja are unbeaten in their last 18 away games.

Croatia, for their part, boast a similarly impressive record on home soil, where they are unbeaten since October 2013. Zlatko Djalic's men are priced at 13/5 (3.60) with the draw available at 47/20 (3.35).

Team news

Jordi Alba returns to the squad and looks set to start at left-back, while Spain are missing right-back Dani Carvajal, midfielders Koke and Thiago, and forward Diego Costa through injury.

Croatia have no major injury concerns, with the likes of Luka Modric, Ivan Rakitic, Matteo Kovacic, Ivan Perisic and Marcelo Brozovic all in the squad.

Croatia are yet to score a goal in the Nations League, with their 6-0 defeat to Spain followed up by a 0-0 draw with England.

With Mario Mandzukic retiring from international football, Eintracht Frankfurt striker Ante Rubic is likely to lead the line for the hosts although the 25-year-old has only netted twice in 23 appearances.

Spain have had no problem finding the back of the net, scoring 14 times in the four matches of Luis Enrique's tenure, although during those four matches the only clean sheet they have kept is against Croatia.

Tips and predictions

Only a win will do for Croatia if they want to make the final four, or at least avoid relegation, so the hosts will look to try and take the game to Spain.

Both teams to score is priced at 21/25 (1.84) while both teams to net in the opening 45 minutes is offered at an extremely healthy price of 4/1 (5.00).

There were goals at both ends in the first half of Spain's other away game in the Nations League at Wembley, and given both sides will be looking to make positive starts, it could offer some value.
