AFC Leopards will sign at least five players ahead of the 2018/2019 Kenyan Premier League season.
The 12-time league champions are aiming at strengthening different departments after another disastrous season that also saw Ingwe changed coaches four times.
Team Manager Gilbert Selebwa remains optimistic of a good outing in the forthcoming season even though Ingwe are about to release almost a dozen players and five more coming in.
"We will make about four, five signings in the next transfer window. It is obvious we have had some faults that must be addressed; we will bring in a goalkeeper, we have been relying on Ezekiel Owade because Jairus Adira is injured and (Edwin) Mukholwe is still young, so we have to make an addition there.
"Defense will be touched as well, plus the striking department; the main thing is identifying players who can strengthen the squad. Those we brought in were young but have learnt a lot this year; we expect more next season."
Ingwe who last won eh KPL title over two decades ago are aiming at a third-place finish this season.
