The Manchester City stars ran riot against Huddersfield Town, while the Tottenham full-back scored a splendid free-kick to help his side beat Fulham

Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero scored his ninth Premier League hat-trick on Sunday as Pep Guardiola's side surged to the top of the table with a rampant 6-1 win over Huddersfield Town.

City's all-time leading goalscorer was in devastating form against the hapless Terriers and could have added more to his tally as the champions took David Wagner's side to task. The Argentine's performance earned him a score of 98/100 on the Goal Pressure Index, presented by Sure and powered by Opta.

Aguero is, unsurprisingly, not the only City player included in the Goal Pressure Index Team of the Week.

David Silva scored a wonderful free-kick and made six key passes against Huddersfield, who had no way of coping with the Spaniard's brilliance as he earned a score of 97/100.

Away from the Etihad, Tottenham full-back Kieran Trippier scored a wonderful free-kick to help Mauricio Pochettino's men surge past Fulham at Wembley on Saturday.

The England international's set-piece handed the lead back to Spurs, who went on to beat the newly-promoted Cottagers 3-1, which helped earn Trippier a score of 96/100.
