Ingwe coach Stewart Hall feels that they could have beaten Sofapaka on Wednesday

AFC Leopards head coach Stewart Hall has directly blamed his players for not showing quality during their Sofapaka match.

The Big Cats suffered a 1-0 defeat against the Batoto ba Mungu on Wednesday and Stewart feels that his players’ poor performance led to the result. He says that talents showcased during training ahead of the match was not seen in the encounter, leaving him with no idea of what could have been the problem.

"No quality…no quality at all about everything we’ve done (vs Sofapaka). The passing, the movement, the crossing had no quality so you don’t deserve to win football matches when you play like that.

"Well, you don’t know….you can’t say. Training yesterday was excellent but today we didn’t put the training into the game and that was the worst performance of the season," he is quoted as saying on the club’s website.

Up next for them is Posta Rangers on Saturday at Afraha Stadium.
