Caf names Ethiopian referees for Mauritius-Ghana clash

The Black Stars' tie with Les Dodos on Sunday will be guided by Ethiopian officials

Ethiopian referees will officiate Ghana's 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier with Mauritius on Sunday.

Bamlak Tessema Weyesa will be the central referee, ably assisted by Kindie Mussie and Temesgin Samuel Atango.

Ghana are four points clear at the top of Group H. Rwanda and Mauritius are each tied on six points, while Mozambique sit bottom of the table.

The Black Stars need just a point at the Belle Vue Stadium to confirm their place in next year's tournament which runs between January 14 and February 5 in Gabon.

Meanwhile, Ghana's Joseph Odartei Lamptey will be the central referee when Kenya host Congo at MISC Kasarani Stadium, Nairobi.

He will be assisted by David Laryeah and Malik Alidu Salifu in the Group E encounter.
