Ghana midfielder Yussif Raman Chibsah has joined newly-promoted Serie A side Frosinone Calcio on loan from Sassuolo.
Frosinone reported on their website on Monday about the capture of the young Ghanaian midfield enforcer for the 2015/2016 season.
The move is expected to give the former Juventus player the chance to feature in more games in the Italian top-flight.
Chibsah will fancy his chances at Frosinone after making only eight appearances for Sassuolo in the Italian Serie A last season.
The Bechem United product was a regular for Sassuolo during their Serie B days, but has seen limited games ever since they gained promotion to the Serie A.
He recently got a call-up to play for the Ghana U-23 side, but they failed to seal a qualification to the next stage of the 2016 Olympic Games qualifiers.
Frosinone gained an automatic promotion to the elite division after finishing second in the 2014/2015 Serie B. That feat is historic for Roberto Stellone’s side, who have spent their entire years in the lower divisions in Italy.
