Olympique Marseille winger and close pal of Kevin-Prince Boateng, Andre Dede Ayew, has stated it is possible that the AC Milan midfielder will return to the fold of the Black Stars.
“I have had discussions with him, but we need to give him time,” Ayew told the Graphic Sports.
“I know and I believe he will be in the Black Stars soon.”
He added: “People say a lot of stuff about him and they don’t know him very well and it is due to such things that he has not returned, but he will come back soon.”
The German-born Ghana midfielder retired from international football a year ago after an impasse with former Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic. The former German Under-21 star was one of the key men who propelled Ghana to the quarter-finals in the South Africa 2010 World Cup.
