90' + 5' Make it 5! It's late, but Pugh got on the end of a clearance and ran it down, finishing with a fine chip. 5-3 USA!
90' + 3' The USWNT is hanging on here. Australia hasn't stopped pushing for another though and the threat is clearly there.

53' We're back level! Tobin Heath with the strike and the USA have pulled level. The ball went back across the box a couple of times, but Heath drifts to the back post and heads home to make it 2-2. Game on!
50' There is work to be done for the USA now. Down a goal, and both good goals from the Matildas. This has been the story of the year for the USWNT so far. Giving up two goals and not taking the chances that are there.

46' Substitution Rose Lavelle Samantha Mewis
46' Just the one change at the half, Lavellle coming off for Mewis.
46' We're BACK!
That's it for the first half, and it's been a good one. Morgan with her 100th, but it's only good for 1-1 as we head to the break.
45' Audacious from Tobin Heath. She beat her defender to the line and tried a chip from a very, very tight angle. It was a decent effort as well, but wide of the mark.
44' Rose Lavelle and Megan Rapinoe with some lovely work down the left but Lavelle couldn't get it under control to really pinpoint her final pass. More good work from the USA, and really this game should not be 1-1. Both sides with plenty of chances that have gone wanting.
42' Oh no... that was probably not the way to go about it. She's hit it into row Z.
42' Slight stoppage in play, but Australia will get us back underway with a free kick from 30 yards out.
38' Sam Kerr with ANOTHER chance for Australia, but a great sliding block is just enough to send it up over the bar.
35' Two more big saves for Australia as well leading to a series of corners for the USA. You can see how this one is playing out. The USA pushing forward, the Matildas looking to hit on the break.

29' WE ARE LEVEL! That was quick from the Matildas, who just hit on the break. A great hit on the goal as well. It's 1-1!
26' The USA worked out another chance following the goal, but credit to Australia for not giving up another one quickly. They've settled it down a bit and even forced some work from the U.S. defense along the way. In fairness, this may be the best half the home side has put together so far this year. Maybe it's the new kits.
18' What a night for Alex Morgan. She joins Tiffeny Milbrett, Carli Lloyd, Michelle Akers, Kristine Lilly, Mia Hamm and Abby Wambach as players who have hit 100 for the USWNT.

14' Goal Alex Morgan
14' Number 100 for Alex Morgan!!!! The USWNT are into the lead and it's the star up front who had done the deed, marking her century of goals with a long run forward and a fine finish after fighting off a defender. It's 1-0 to the USA.
11' Now the Matildas coming into the game a bit. This is not expected to be a stroll for the U.S. women, who have not been at their best in 2019, and you wouldn't expect this Australia side to make things easy.
8' The U.S. looks in solid control of this in the opening stages, but you can see the threat posed by Kerr with her pace. No shock there.
4' Bright start from the USA after the very early half-chance for the visitors. Another corner is taken short and eventually cleared, but the chances are coming here early on for Jill Ellis' side.
3' And now an early chance for the USA! Horan got in behind and played a nice little reverse ball to Morgan who had her shot blocked out for the second corner of the night for the USWNT.
1' The USWNT rocking the snazzy new red kits with the blue socks while Australia is a traditional green and yellow look. The vistors with a very early shout for a penalty waved off.
1' Both side's nearly get their second. First it's the USWNT having one saved off the line, then Australia's Kerr misses a chance at the other end. This has turned into a really fun watch.
1' And we're off and running!
Plenty to keep an eye on here. These players know each other well, with many of them playing in the NWSL for both sides. It's also worth noting that Alex Morgan is chasing her 100th goal for the USA and would become just the seventh U.S. player to reach that mark on the international level.
Ali Krieger IS back on the bench and could see her first action for the USA since 2017, which will be something to watch with Ellis looking to make decisions on her roster for France.
No big shocks in the USWNT lineup tonight. Here's your starting side.1-Alyssa Naeher; 2-Emily Sonnett, 7-Abby Dahlkemper, 4-Becky Sauerbrunn, 19-Crystal Dunn; 8-Julie Ertz, 9-Lindsey Horan, 16-Rose Lavelle; 17-Tobin Heath, 13-Alex Morgan, 15-Megan Rapinoe (capt.)
Welcome in to Goal's LIVE call of the USWNT vs Australia in what should be an entertaining match as we build toward the 2019 World Cup in France.
