That's all for now though, goodbye!
The result means that Chelsea go top of the formative table - although they're level on points with Liverpool and Manchester United. Tottenham remain in seventh.
A brilliant second half display ensures that Chelsea seal an emphatic 3-0 victory. The first period was a tight affair: both teams were confined to chances on the break, but Son and Mount both squandered openings for either side. However, Chelsea clicked into gear after the break. First, Silva firmly headed in Alonso's corner to start the half. Then, Kante's 25-yard strike flicked wickedly off Dier to confuse Lloris, before rolling in off the post. From there, Chelsea had plenty of chances to make the scoreline look even more handsome. But after wasting plenty of chances, Rudiger made it three when he swept in Werner's cut-back. Tottenham will be disheartened by a poor performance, but for Chelsea, this is a statement three points.
90' + 4' FULL TIME: Tottenham 0-3 Chelsea
T. Werner
90' + 2' Werner has missed a few chances since coming on, but that was a superb assist. He managed to find space in the box, before keeping his composure and picking out the unmarked Rudiger who delivered an excellent finish!
A. Rüdiger
90' + 2' RUDIGER! 3-0! Chelsea finally get the third goal that their play has deserved. Werner drives to the byline before cutting it back to Rudiger - who's still in the box following a corner - and he sweeps a low finish across Lloris and into the bottom corner from 12 yards!
90' + 1' Another save from Lloris! Lukaku slices through the Tottenham defence again - this time with a beautiful pass through to Kovacic. The midfielder has time to turn and get off a close range shot, but Lloris closes down the angle and blocks it behind.
90' Four minutes of stoppage time are added on.
89' Chelsea string a long spell of possession together to the delight of the away fans.
88' Lukaku rides a challenge from Dier and advances into the box, but he can't quite engineer enough space to shoot and it's blocked away.
87' Chance! Rudiger gets forward down the left flank and whips in an inviting cross. Lukaku gets there ahead of Sanchez, but he can only direct his header straight at Lloris.
85' Tottenham should be pushing to get back in this game, but right now a third Chelsea goal seems more likely.
D. Sánchez
C. Romero
83' Romero makes way for Sanchez in defence.
82' Double save from Lloris! The Tottenham goalkeeper is keeping the scoreline respectable. Werner goes through on goal again after a clever pass from Kante, but Lloris rushes out to smother his shot! The ball bounces to Azpilicueta though, and he heads it back across goal where Werner is waiting for a tap-in. However, Lloris acrobatically palms it to safety!
T. Werner
Yellow Card
80' Werner slides in on Gil and earns himself a yellow card.
80' Almost! Chelsea should really have had a third goal there. Lukaku shrugs off a tackle and draws the final defender in, before slipping Werner through on goal! However, Werner takes a poor touch, allowing Emerson to get back and poke it away.
78' Romero thumps Alonso's next corner clear at the near post.
76' Brilliant save! It's almost a copy of the first goal. Silva meets Alonso's corner and plants a firm header across goal - but this time Lloris is able to push it over the bar!
74' Chelsea are comfortably seeing this one out currently, despite the vocal home support.
72' Kepa sails out to calmly claim Hojbjerg's deep free-kick.
T. Werner
K. Havertz
70' Havertz makes way for Werner in attack.
69' Alli's long pass in search of Son drifts aimlessly out of play. The hosts need to find some inspiration from somewhere - and quickly.
68' Tottenham have managed just two shots in total since half time. It's going to take a special turnaround for them to rescue this game.
66' Romero heads Son's corner against Kante and the hosts appeal for a handball and penalty. However, the referee remains unmoved.
64' Chance! Kane advances towards a backtracking Chelsea defence, before fizzing a low shot from 25 yards that Kepa skilfully gathers at the first attempt.
Bryan Gil
G. Lo Celso
62' Lo Celso is replaced by Gil on the wing as Spurs make their second change.
O. Skipp
T. Ndombèlé
62' Tottenham make two changes to try and alter the tide of this game. The first sees Ndombele make way for Skipp in midfield.
61' Ndombele blazes a wild effort high and wide from distance
59' Tottenham have it all to do now. They've looked flat since half time, and the visitors have taken full advantage.
M. Kovačić
57' Kovacic played a simple pass into Kante there and surely he didn't expect that fortuitous goal to follow!
N. Kanté
57' KANTE! 2-0! Chelsea get a second. Kante receives a pass 25 yards out and proceeds to rifle a low strike that takes a wicked deflection off Dier to trick Lloris. The ball flicks off Dier and spins against the inside of the post, before trickling agonisingly over the line!
55' Chelsea have been superb since the break - they've already managed four shots from inside the box this half. Tottenham need to make sure they escape this spell of pressure with just the one-goal deficit.
53' Off the line! Chelsea pour forward again and this time Alonso ghosts in unmarked to strike Azpilicueta's cut-back from five yards out! However, Dier manages to retreat to the goal line and contort himself to block Alonso's effort away at the crucial moment. Without Dier that would have been 2-0!
51' Chelsea started the half with real intent and they've got their reward. They swung in a number of crosses to force their corner, and Silva's expert header has punished Tottenham's hesitancy.
Marcos Alonso
49' It was an inviting outswinging corner from Alonso, but Tottenham have to ask questions about how Silva was able to connect with it almost unimpeded.
Thiago Silva
49' SILVA! 1-0 CHELSEA! The visitors take the lead after a fast start to the half. Silva climbs above Alli to head Alonso's corner across goal and beyond Lloris into the bottom corner!
48' Chance! Jorginho picks out Alonso's run in behind with a beautifully lofted pass. Alonso stretches to volley it from a tight angle, but Lloris manages to tip it over with an acrobatic save!
N. Kanté
M. Mount
46' Mount makes way for Kante at half time.
46' Tottenham get the second half underway.
Tottenham will just about be the happier side after that half. Chelsea will be wondering how they can get Lukaku more involved in the second 45.
It's 0-0 at the break after an exciting end-to-end affair. Both teams have played in a quick, aggressive manner today and it's surprising that it's still 0-0. Mount and Havertz squandered promising chances on the break for the visitors, while Kepa was forced into making an important save when Son went through on goal. Nevertheless, this game is now finely poised ahead of the second half.
45' + 2' HALF TIME: Tottenham 0-0 Chelsea
45' Two minutes of stoppage time are added on.
43' Ndombele requires treatment after colliding with Rudiger. It appears to be a minor facial injury and he should be okay to continue.
41' Mount forces a corner after Reguilon turns his cross behind. Alonso whips in an inswinging cross but Alli just about manages to scramble it clear.
39' Both teams have started to slow down slightly as we approach half time.
37' Tottenham would have been nervous about matching up with Lukaku before the match, but so far they've done an excellent job of keeping the Belgian striker quiet.
35' Azpilicueta's cross misses Lukaku and Tottenham clear.
33' Big save! Lo Celso sends Son through with a crisp throughball. However, Kepa anticipates the danger and rushes out to smother the shot!
31' Close! Chelsea begin to turn up the pressure. Kovacic squares it to Havertz inside the box, but the attacker has his 12-yard strike charged down. Azpilicueta gathers the loose ball and swings in a deep cross, but Havertz heads it wide at the back post.
29' Son looks to swivel and burst away down the left wing, but Silva bravely puts his head in to knock the ball away,
27' Lukaku shields the ball before feeding it to Christensen who proceeds to lash a 25-yard strike over the bar.
25' This has been an exciting game so far. Both teams have managed three shots inside the box and it's surprising that it's still goalless.
23' Chelsea send multiple crosses into the box, but Dier is equal to the pressure and clears each one.
21' Brilliant block! Son draws in a number of Chelsea defenders before releasing Reguilon who has the freedom of the left flank! It looks as though Reguilon will continue towards goal before passing it around Kepa to set up a tap-in. However, Rudiger races back and recovers to cut the pass out and save a goal!
19' Tottenham work a clever free-kick routine. Son chips an early pass into Ndombele and it catches the Chelsea defence out! However, Silva gets back to reel Lucas in and knock it behind. That looked like an offside against Ndombele and the Chelsea defenders are protesting furiously.
18' Dier nods Reguilon's deep cross harmlessly into the arms of Kepa.
16' Chance! Mount and Lukaku kickstart a three-on-two with a rapid counter. Mount carries it all the way into the box before feeding Lukaku out wide. Lukaku gives it back to Mount in a prime shooting position, but Emerson executes a superb block to fend off the danger!
14' Tottenham look determined to prevent Chelsea from enjoying possession inside their own half today. The hosts are pressing the Chelsea defenders hard, and it's already resulted in a few mistakes.
12' An intricate Chelsea move ends with Azpilicueta picking out Havertz with a neat header, but the attacker mistimes his volley and he misses it completely.
10' This game has started with a frantic tempo. Both teams are pushing forward quickly - and with big numbers - and it's resulted in an end-to-end affair.
8' The visitors spring a dangerous counter-attack, but Havertz's 20-yard strike flicks off Dier and hits Lukaku.
6' Jorginho gives away a promising free-kick on the edge of the box. Kane steps up to take it, but his strike flicks off the wall and goes behind.
4' Close! Son has a 20-yard strike blocked, before he takes it to the byline and thunders a cross in. Silva hooks it away, but Emerson keeps the move alive with another cross. This time Silva nervously slices a clearance to Alonso who puts it behind for a corner. The resulting set-piece amounts to nothing.
2' Chelsea immediately burst dangerously into the Tottenham box, but just as Lloris pounces on the ball, Lukaku is belatedly ruled offside.
1' Chelsea get the first half underway.
The players emerge from the tunnel. A minute’s applause is held following the death of former Tottenham and Chelsea striker, Jimmy Greaves.
Chelsea are on the brink of history today. Chelsea have won each of their last five away league London derbies – they’ve never won six in a row on the road before in their league history.
Chelsea, meanwhile, make just three changes. The main news is that Edouard Mendy is injured and Kepa replaces him in goal. James and Ziyech also make way with Silva and Havertz coming in.
Tottenham make nine changes to the side that drew in the UEFA Conference League against Rennes. The main headline there is that Son returns from injury to replace Bergwijn on the wing, while Lo Celso and Ndombele make rare league starts together.
