Commentary

That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
This win sends PSG nine points clear at the top of Ligue 1, while Angers remain in fourth position. Next up for PSG is RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Tuesday, before returning to league action next weekend against Marseille. Meanwhile Angers will face St-Etienne.
PSG come from behind to beat Angers 2-1 and get back to winning ways, after second half goals from Danilo and Mbappe. Angers were ahead at the break through Fulgini, but PSG dominated the second period and eventually got their reward, with Danilo heading them level on 69 minutes. It looked like they would have to share the points, but Capelle handled the ball in the box late on and after a VAR review the penalty was awarded, which Mbappe converted to clinch the victory.

E. Ebimbe
K. Mbappé
90' + 4' Late change in stoppage time, with Mbappe replaced by Ebimbe.
M. Verratti
Yellow Card
90' + 3' Verratti is booked ater he deliberately stops Bahoken from getting forward on the counter-attack.
90' + 2' It looks like PSG are just going to control the final few minutes and see the game out now, as they are keeping it well in the Angers half and slowing the pace down.
90' There will be a minimum of four minutes added time played at the end of the second half.
89' SAVE! Wijnaldum gets to the ball at the near post and powers a header towards the bottom left corner of the net, but Bernardoni gets across and makes a great save to tip it around the post.

Penalty Goal
87' GOAL! Mbappe fires PSG into the lead from the penalty spot, they lead 2-1! PSG have come from behind to fire themselves in front late on! Capelle gave away the penalty, blocking Icardi's header with his arm and Mbappe coolly converted to score. Bernardoni dived the right way, but there was too much power on the shot and it found the bottom right corner of the net.
P. Capelle
Yellow Card
85' Capelle is booked for handling the ball after the referee overturned his original decision and it hands PSG a penalty.
85' PSG PENALTY! The referee has overturned his original decision and awarded PSG a penalty! Capelle is deemed to have handled the ball as he blocked Icardi's header. Great chance for PSG to take the lead late on!
84' VAR are taking a look at the penalty shout for PSG and the referee is being asked to go over to the video monitor to review the footage. It does appear to strike Capelle's arm. This may be given.
83' PENALTY SHOUT! PSG appeal for a penalty after Icardi's header is blocked by Capelle and it appears to strike his arm, before flying into the arms of Bernardoni. The wing-back was very close to Icardi though, so he may not have been able to do much about that. Nothing is given on the pitch, but VAR will take a look.
81' There's not long left to play now, can either side nick a late winner to clinch all three points? PSG certainly look the more likely.
79' Angers appear to have recovered from conceding now, they aren't having to defend quite as much, but still don't look like testing Donnarumma at the other end. The PSG keeper has hardly touched the ball in the second half.
S. Bahoken
A. Fulgini
77' Fulgini also comes off and he has been replaced by Bahoken.
A. Ounahi
S. Boufal
77' Double substitution coming up by the visitors, with Boufal the first to come off and he has been replaced by Ounahi.
76' As it stands, this result would lift Angers up to third in Ligue 1 and extend their unbeaten run to nine games. Meanwhile PSG would remain top, but Lens could close the gap when they play on Sunday.
74' PSG and Angers are the two teams which have scored the most goals in the last 15 minutes in Ligue 1 this season (5). So we could be in for an interesting end to the game.
J. Draxler
Ander Herrera
72' The other substitution sees Herrera come off and he has been replaced by Draxler.
A. Hakimi
C. Dagba
72' Another double change now by PSG, and it's a straight swap at right-back, with Dagba replaced by Hakimi.
70' There was a slight pause before the restart of the game as the officials checked Danilo wasn't offside as the cross came into the box, but the check is complete and the goal stands.
K. Mbappé
Assist
69' Mbappe took the initial corner that was half cleared by Angers, before superbly picking out Danilo with his second delivery, who made no mistakes with the finish.
Danilo Pereira
Goal
69' GOAL! PSG are level, it's 1-1! They've finally found the equaliser and Danilo is the man to score it. Angers fail to clear the danger from a corner and it comes back out to Mbappe down the right, who then whips a cross towards the near post, which Danilo meets and he heads it into the back of the net. Game on!
68' SAVE! Bernardoni has to be alert there after Mbappe delivers a wicked cross into the box from the left looking for Icardi. However, it ends up flying towards goal instead and the Angers keeper has to get down quickly and push it away to safety.
66' The home crowd are starting to get frustrated with their side, as they just can't break through this resilient Angers defence. There have been a couple of half chances in the second half, but nothing to test Bernardoni.
B. Brahimi
M. Cho
64' Angers have made a substitution of their own, with Ali-Cho heading off the pitch and he has been replaced by Brahimi.
G. Wijnaldum
Rafinha
63' Rafinha is the other to depart and he has been replaced by Wijnaldum.
Juan Bernat
A. Diallo
63' Here come the PSG changes and the first sees Diallo head off and he has been replaced by Bernat.
62' The PSG reinforcements are getting ready on the sidelines now, it only looks to be a matter of time before they enter the fray. The pace of the game is very slow, with PSG not looking like scoring at the moment.
60' Brief stoppage in player here as Ali-Cho is down with an injury following a collision with Diallo, however, the Angers striker will be fine to continue.
58' Decent effort! Mbappe steps up to take a free-kick from around 30 yards out and he gets it up and over the Angers wall, but he puts too much on it and the ball flies over the bar.
56' Mbappe has failed to score in his last four Ligue 1 games, his longest top-flight drought since March-May 2018 (6).
54' Not too far away! Angers fail to deal with a long ball chipped into the box and it falls to Rafinha, who drills a low effort towards the bottom right corner of the net. However, it flies just past the post.
52' It will be interesting to see how long Mauricio Pochettino leaves it before making some changes to his PSG side. They need to do something to get back in the game.
50' PSG have started the second half on top, with Angers hardly touching the ball so far, but it is all in the middle of the pitch, making it easy for the visitors to defend.
48' PSG are missing a few key players today due to the international break, with the likes of Lionel Messi and Angel Di Maria having to watch from the stands after only returning from Argentina earlier today.
46' The second half is under way!
The hosts have plenty to improve upon in the second half if they are to get back into this one, with Mbappe looking lively up front, but he just can't seem to find the back of the net.
PSG once again trail at the break and they have to come from behind to beat Angers, who lead 1-0 thanks to a goal on 36 minutes by Fulgini. The hosts have enjoyed more of the ball and prior to going a goal down, they had the better opportunities, but couldn't find a way to really test Bernardoni in goal. The visitors then punished them at the back with a quick counter, as Boufal found Fulgini in the box and he slotted home from close range. Herrera did manage to get the ball in the back of the net for PSG, but it was ruled out for offside.
45' HALF-TIME: PSG 0-1 ANGERS
44' GOAL RULED OUT! Herrera thought he had equalised for PSG but it has been ruled out for offside! The midfielder came back from an offside position to send a looping header over Bernardoni and it strikes the post and then bounces over the line. However, the flag goes up straight away and there can be no complaints.
42' There isn’t long left to play before the end of the first half, can PSG find an equaliser before the half-time whistle?
40' Mbappe's free-kick delivery into the box is cleared to the edge of the box, but it's picked up by Rafinha, who unleashes a powerful effort towards the Angers goal. However, he gets too much on it and it flies high over the bar.
38' Going a goal down may give PSG the kick they need, as they haven't got up to full speed just yet, with a few players not getting involved or influencing the game.
S. Boufal
Assist
36' Boufal spotted the run of his team-mate in the penalty area and picked him out perfectly with a cross into the penalty area, that beats the PSG defence and Fulgini coolly slotted home.
A. Fulgini
Goal
36' GOAL! Angers take the lead, it’s 1-0! They counter quickly up the pitch after winning the ball back in midfield and Boufal gets down the right wing, then drills a low cross into the penalty area, which Fulgini meets and powers it into the back of the net from close range. Donnarumma had no chance of stopping that. PSG have to come from behind!
34' We’re past the half an hour mark now and it remains goalless between PSG and Angers, but the hosts are starting to turn the screw slightly to try and get the breakthrough goal before the break.
32' SAVE! Dagba gets forward down the right wing and tries to drill a low cross into the box, but it takes a wicked deflection off an Angers defender that sends it flying towards the near post. However, Bernardoni gets down quickly and pushes it around the post.
30' CHANCE! Verratti plays a great ball through the Angers defence to Mbappe, that sends him through on goal, but has to try and beat Bernardoni from a tight angle. The keeper does brilliantly to rush out and block his path, forcing Mbappe back and unable to get a shot away.
28' Boufal is starting to cause a few problems for PSG, the striker has looked dangerous in the final third, cutting in from the left, with Dagba constantly having to be on his toes.
26' Decent chance! Good play by Boufal in the box, showing great skill to skip past a couple of PSG defenders before powering an effort towards the bottom right corner of the net. However, it doesn't trouble Donnarumma and flies wide.
25' The pace of the game is quite slow at the moment, with neither side really looking like testing their opponents in the final third.
23' Angers have won only twice in their last 14 away Ligue 1 games (D6 L6), winning at Metz in March (1-0) and at Strasbourg in August (2-0).
21' Ali-Cho manages to race in behind the PSG defence and gets into the penalty area, but Kimpembe does brilliantly to track back and make an excellent sliding tackle to prevent a shot on goal.
20' Rafinha steps up to take a free-kick just outside the penalty area deep down the right wing, but instead of crossing to a team-mate in the box, he opts to shoot towards the near post and it strikes the wall. Good defending.
18' VAR are taking a look at the possibly penalty decision, but they agree with the referee as the replays show that Capelle just got the ball in the nick of time and Icardi then went down.
17' PENALTY SHOUT! PSG want a penalty after Icardi is bundled to the ground inside the box after a collision with Capelle. Mbappe played the ball through to the striker, who seemed to only have Bernardoni to beat, but Capelle got across in the nick of time to flick it off him and prevent the opportunity. The referee waves away their appeals.
16' PSG are dominating possession in the Angers half of the pitch now, with the visitors getting everyone back behind the ball in order to keep the hosts at bay.
14' Icardi has hardly touched the ball so far for PSG, the striker hasn't been involved much, with Mbappe slightly more lively. However, there hasn't been much action in the final third at all.
12' Wasted opportunity! PSG win a corner and Mbappe tries to take it short, but his pass is immediately cut out and the pressure lifted from the visitors.
10' PSG are unbeaten in their last 21 Ligue 1 games against Angers (W14 D7), their longest run without defeat against a single top-flight opponent.
8' It's all PSG now, with the visitors dropping into a back five when they are defending in order to prevent PSG from breaking through into the final third.
6' Mbappe once again gets in behind the Angers defence and fires an effort towards goal, but his strike flies well wide of the visitors net. It wouldn't have counted anyway as the striker was offside.
4' Decent chance! Herrera plays a good ball over the top of the Angers defence for Mbappe to sprint onto the end of, which he does and gets an effort away. However, he doesn't make the best of contact and it lacks pace to beat Bernardoni, who comfortably gathers.
3' Angers have started well in the opening few minutes, keeping the ball in the middle of the pitch and they are forcing PSG to sit a bit deeper than they would like to soak up the pressure.
1' We're under way!
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all the match action!
Meanwhile the visitors have made just one change to their starting XI, with Capelle coming into the midfield, replacing Ebosse. There is no place in the team for Bahoken, despite his heroics against Metz, as his 93rd minute winner clinched victory.
PSG have made seven changes to their side that lost against Rennes, with only Donnarumma, Kimpembe, Verratti and Mbappe keeping their places. As Hakimi, Marquinhos, Mendes, Gueye, Angel Di Maria, Lionel Messi and Neymar miss out.
ANGERS SUBS: Daniel Petkovic, Antonin Bobichon, Waniss Taibi, Enzo Ebosse, Bilal Brahimi, Stephane Bahoken, Mathias Pereira Lage, Azz-Eddine Ounahi, Souleymann Doumbia.
ANGERS (3-4-1-2): Paul Bernardoni; Vincent Manceau, Ismael Traore, Romain Thomas; Jimmy Cabot, Batista Mendy, Thomas Mangani, Pierrick Capelle; Angelo Fulgini; Sofiane Boufal, Mohamed Ali-Cho.

Angers are in fine form themselves, having suffered defeat on the opening day of the season, but they are now unbeaten in their last eight games, to sit fourth in the table. They came from behind to beat Metz 3-2 last time out, thanks to a 93rd minute winner.
PSG suffered their first defeat of the season last time out against Rennes, losing 2-0 away from home, ending their eight consecutive victories prior to that. However, they remain top of Ligue 1 with a six-point advantage over Lens in second.
