FULL-TIME - ANDERLECHT 0-4 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN - An emphatic performance from the away side maintains their 100% start in Group B. Despite being under pressure for long spells in the first half, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani scored to give PSG a controlling lead at half time. The second half continued with Paris Saint-Germain dominance as Cavani had two goals disallowed for being offside, alongside hitting the woodwork. They eventually scored their third goal, however, through an exquisite free kick from Neymar who found the bottom left-hand corner after the defensive wall jumped over the ball. The PSG players were queuing up for a fourth goal in the remainder of the contest, with it eventually being scored by Angel Di Maria just before the final whistle.

88' GOOOAAALLL!!! ANDERLECHT 0-4 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN – ANGEL DI MARIA SCORES – Unfortunate for the home side as a defensive challenge results in the ball falling into the path of Di Maria, who was suddenly clean through on goal. The Argentinian international dribbled into the 18-yard box, before calmly dinking his finish over the onrushing keeper into the back of the net.
86' Credit has to go to the home side, who are still pushing for their first goal in this season's competition.
83' CHANCE! The speed PSG counter-attack at is remarkable. Unai Emery's men were defending a corner, which was eventually cleared, and before you know it Kylian Mbappe is through one on one with the goalkeeper. The forward squared up the defender, who pushed him away from goal, with his shot eventually hitting the side netting.
M. Bruno
P. Gerkens
81' Substitution - Pieter Gerkens departs for Massimo Bruno.
80' SO UNLUCKY! Anderlecht come so close to scoring their first Champions League goal of the season. The ball is worked down the right-hand touchline and crossed into the box, with the initial header saved low by Alphonse Areola. The rebound fell into the path of Henry Onyekuru who shot first time, but his effort hit the bar before being cleared to safety.
78' It has been a brilliant second half display from the away side, who have taken control of the game and put it beyond Anderlecht. They continue to maintain possession as the clock ticks down to full time.

66' GOOOAAALLL!!! ANDERLECHT 0-3 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN – NEYMAR WITH A SUPERB FREE KICK - The Brazilian initially wins a free kick in a central position, just outside of Anderlecht’s 18-yard box. He stepped up to take it, with the wall jumping as they anticipated it being curled over them, and evaded everyone by drilling it low into the bottom left-hand corner. Brilliant skill and intelligence from Paris Saint-Germain’s star player.
64' Anderlecht's manager Hein Vanhaezebrouck will be disappointed with how his players have performed so far in the second half, especially after playing so well in the opening 45 minutes.
61' CHANCE! PSG are really pushing for a third goal as an initial effort from inside the box is saved by Matz Sels. The rebound falls into the path of Kylian Mbappe, but the striker lacked composure and fired his shot over the bar when he looked destined to score.
59' DISALLOWED GOAL! Mbappe picks the ball up on the left inside Anderlecht’s 18-yard box, before finding Cavani. The striker buried his finish, but was flagged offside. Correct decision from the linesman.

53' CHANCE! Paris Saint-Germain are being given too much space so far in this half, with the ball finding it's way to Dani Alves who was free on the right-hand touchline. The full-back curled his cross into the box which was met by Neymar, but the Brazilian's header landed narrowly past the left-hand post.
T. Motta
Yellow Card
51' Yellow card - Thiago Motta is the first player to be booked this evening.
50' OFF THE BAR! Exquisite play from Neymar and Mbappe, who play consecutive passes between them around Anderlecht's box. The Frenchman eventually curled a pass to Edinson Cavani, who was free inside the box, but the striker saw his effort cannon off the bar. Huge let off for the home side!
48' It is going to take a big turnaround for the home side to get back into this contest, especially as they have lost 15 of their last 19 home matches in the Champions League.
46' Anderlecht get the second half underway attacking from left to right.
STAT: Edinson Cavani has now scored 12 goals in 11 Champions League matches since last season.
HALF-TIME - ANDERLECHT 0-2 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN - The away side look set to continue their unbeaten run in all competitions this season after two first-half goals. PSG started the game well by taking the lead through Kylian Mbappe in the third minute after an intricate through pass from Marco Verratti. The home side responded superbly, however, and began to dominate the remainder of the half. But, on the stroke of half time, the aforementioned Neymar, Mbappe and Edinson Cavani combined as the Uruguayan doubled PSG’s advantage.
45' The fourth official indicates that there will be two minutes of additional time.
E. Cavani
44' GOOOAAALLL!!! ANDERLECHT 0–2 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN – EDINSON CAVANI SCORES – Neymar charges towards Anderlecht’s box and fires a powerful drive at the goal, which is met by Matz Sels. The keeper parried the ball towards Mbappe, who reacted quickly by heading it back across the six-yard box to Cavani who finished first time into the empty net.
K. Mbappé
44' Assist - Kylian Mbappe headed the ball across the box smartly into Cavani, who doubled Paris Saint-Germain's advantage.
41' CHANCE! A superb ball from Verratti just inside Anderlecht's half finds Edinson Cavani, who made a darting run into the penalty area. The forward hit his effort first time on the volley, with the keeper rushing out, but failed to make sufficient contact on the ball to lift it over Matz Sels' head.
38' Kylian Mbappe falls dramatically in the penalty area after a challenge from Leander Dendoncker, but the referee instantly waves away his appeal. The forward was lucky to escape a card for simulation, with there appearing to be minimal contact on the French international.
35' Anderlecht's 3-4-3 system is causing Unai Emery's side all sorts of problems, with Onyekuru and Dennis Appiah finding lots of space in the wide positions. The latter is played down the right-hand touchline, and has a brilliant chance to deliver an inviting ball in, but the Frenchman overhits his cross.
33' There is a delay in play as Adrien Rabiot receives treatment after a fifty-fifty challenge with Adrien Trebel.
30' Neymar picks the ball up inside Anderlecht's half, before drifting past two players and finding Dani Alves. PSG's record signing is caught late and falls to the floor, but play continues as the full-back crosses the ball to Mbappe, whose skillful flick travels wide of the right-hand post.
27' It has been a very even contest so far in this match, with Kylian Mbappe's early strike being the only difference between the sides.
24' WHAT A MISS! Leander Dendoncker produces a horrible back pass to his keeper, which instead turns out to be a brilliant through ball for Mbappe. The prolific Frenchman is one on one with Sels, and tries to take it round him, but is halted by the Belgium keeper. The ball falls into the path of Neymar, but the Brazilian dragged his shot past the left-hand post with the goal at his mercy.
21' The home supporters inside Constant Vanden Stock Stadium are really backing their side after their response to going a goal behind. Onyekuru, who has started this game brightly, wins a corner down the left-hand touchline after nutmegging Verratti but the home side fail to create an opportunity from the set piece.
18' STAT: Victory for Paris Saint-Germain this evening will result in them winning their opening three UCL matches for only the third time in their history.
16' Since going a goal behind, Anderlecht have been the better side in this contest. They work the ball up the pitch yet again, before it eventually finds Lukasz Teodorczyk on the left-hand side of the 18-yard box. His shot was hit straight at Areola, before eventually being cleared behind for a corner.
13' GREAT SAVE! So close to an equaliser for Anderlecht, who have a brilliant chance to score through Henry Onyekuru. The attacking player was through one on one with Alphonse Areola after a great ball from Sofiane Hanni, but fired his effort straight at the keeper.
10' STAT: Anderlecht are the only side to have not scored in this season’s competition after suffering two 3-0 defeats in their opening two matches.
8' Another chance for the home side, who work the ball down the right-hand touchline to Dennis Appiah. The winger curled his cross into the penalty area towards Henry Onyekuru who headed his effort straight into the goalkeepers gloves from inside the 18-yard box.
6' Good response from the home side, who have their first effort on goal through Sven Kums which flew past the left-hand post.
K. Mbappé

It eventually finds Marco Verratti on the edge of the Anderlecht penalty area, who superbly threaded a pass through to Kylian Mbappe. The French striker hit a powerful drive towards goal, which went through Matz Sels' legs and into the back of the net.
M. Verratti
3' Assist - Marco Verratti's superb pass set up Mbappe who has given the away side an early lead here.
2' The away side start the game in their preferred style by keeping possession of the ball, working it across the pitch whilst making it as big as possible. However, the Anderlecht players are putting immense pressure on the opposition and are not letting PSG settle into the game.
1' The referee blows his whistle and we’re underway! Paris Saint-Germain kick off attacking from left to right.
The teams walk out of the tunnel and line up to the famous Champions League anthem before shaking hands. The game will get underway shortly.
The away side have made four changes this evening with Thomas Meunier, Yuri Berchiche, Julian Draxler and Angel Di Maria moving to the bench for Layvin Kurzawa, Marco Verratti, Thiago Motta and Edinson Cavani.
Hein Vanhaezebrouck makes one change to his last starting eleven by swapping Matz Sels for Frank Boeckx in the Anderlecht goal.
Paris Saint-Germain substitutes: Berchiche, Di Maria, Trapp, Pastore, Draxler, Meunier, Lo Celso.
Paris Saint-Germain XI (4-3-3): Areola; Alves, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Kurzawa; Verratti, Motta ©, Rabiot; Mbappe, Cavani, Neymar.
Anderlecht substitutes: Obradovic, Sa, Chipciu, Beric, Bruno, Boeckx, Stanciu.
Anderlecht XI (3-4-3): Sels; Dendoncker, Kara, Deschacht; Appiah, Kums, Trebel, Onyekuru; Gerkens, Teodorczyk, Hanni ©.
There’s just over 15 minutes to go until kick off, so let’s reveal how the two teams line up…
The reverse fixture finished all square that season, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic rescuing a 1-1 draw for Paris Saint-Germain despite Anderlecht having a player sent off.
PSG’s last visit to the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium ended in a magnificent 5-0 win in 2013, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic scoring four of the goals whilst Edinson Cavani scored the other. Victory that day made it three wins from three games, which is something the Parisians will be aiming to replicate this evening.
An injury-time winner from Thomas Meunier secured all three points for Paris Saint-Germain last time out. Despite maintaining their unbeaten start in all competitions, Unai Emery’s side failed to replicate their high early season standards in what was a very lacklustre 2-1 victory against Dijon. They have started their Champions League campaign in emphatic fashion, however, by beating Celtic 5-0 and Bayern Munich 3-0. Victory this evening will put them in pole position to qualify for the round of 16.
Two 3-0 defeats against Bayern Munich and Celtic have left Anderlecht with an uphill struggle so early on in this campaign, which means achieving a result this evening is crucial for their hopes of qualification. Last season’s Belgium champions enter this contest in good form, however, after winning their third league match in succession against Mechelen last Friday. Everton loanee Henry Onyekuru scored twice in a 4-3 victory to take his tally to six goals for the season.
The home side will be looking to achieve their first Champions League points of the season, whilst PSG will aim to continue their perfect start in Group B.
