    DID YOU KNOW?

Coleen has seen her stock soar on the back of a runner-up finish in the 2024 edition of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, while Wayne is currently taking in another enforced break from coaching after flopping in his last two roles at Birmingham and Plymouth.

    WHAT A SOURCE SAID

A source has told Closer: “Coleen can’t wait, as this summer will be their first that won't revolve around football, and they’re planning to really go for it. They’ve even spoken about renewing their vows in Barbados.”

The insider added: “They’ve talked about it for years. They’d wanted to do it for their 15th anniversary in 2023 - sadly they’ve never really been able to do it because of Wayne's football commitments. But he's turning 40 in October and they think it would be the perfect way to start off the celebrations by renewing their vows in a country they love, with a party for family and friends.

“Plus, they’re filming for Disney+, so a vow renewal would go down very well with producers and they would have great footage and all their boys would be with them this time.

“Coleen always says their wedding was the best day of their lives, but they were so young back then and she felt they didn’t appreciate all of it, and they have been through so much as a couple since then.”

  • TELL ME MORE

Coleen is also aware that eldest son Kai, who is catching the eye in Manchester United’s academy system will soon be focused on his own commitments, while Wayne could be heading to the United States next summer to help cover the 2026 World Cup.

Closer’s source went on to say: “This could be one of the last summers they spend all together as a family because Kai will be 16 next year and will want to start doing his own thing.

“Next year, Wayne could be in a new job or in America working as a pundit for the World Cup, so Coleen wants to make the most of it. And there is nothing more that Coleen loves than throwing a party and having fun.”
