    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Although still relatively new to the Premier League, Larsen’s style of play and potential make him an attractive proposition for the Tyneside outfit. Newcastle are reportedly monitoring the 24-year-old closely and could be tempted to table an offer depending on how the situation with Isak evolves. Moreover, the club is not ruling out the possibility of signing more than one forward in the event that their top striker exits in the coming weeks.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Having only recently added Larsen to their squad, Wolves see him as a key part of their plans going forward and are unlikely to welcome any distractions during the current transfer window. It would take a significant offer to even open a conversation, and Newcastle may have to look elsewhere if Wolves remain firm.

    WHAT NEXT FOR NEWCASTLE?

Newcastle have also shown interest in Brentford’s Yoane Wissa. While no formal negotiations with Brentford have been reported yet, Wissa remains a player to watch as Newcastle reconfigure their attacking setup.
