  • Rashford enduring dismal campaign
  • Has only scored two goals
  • Decides to hire new PR firm
  • WHAT HAPPENED?

Rashford is enduring a difficult campaign at Old Trafford this season. The forward has scored just two goals for Erik ten Hag's side and has hit the headlines for crashing his £700,000 ($856,000) Rolls Royce back in September. Rashford has now hired a new PR firm that also represents former forward Ronaldo and exiled winger Sancho as well as out-of-favour defender Varane. United are said to be happy with Rashford's decision to work with the firm and do not expect any problems to occur, according to Mail Online.

  • THE BIGGER PICTURE

The England international has come in for criticism this season after suffering a slump in form. He has been described as "one of the worst players in the league off the ball" by former United striker Mark Hughes. Ten Hag has urged Rashford to take inspiration from team-mate Harry Maguire if he is to turnaround his form. The defender has managed to force his way back into the team and won the Premier League's Player of the Month award for November.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Rashford's substitution in the 61st minute during Manchester United's defeat at Newcastle was the second-earliest he'd been withdrawn by Ten Hag in a league game.

    WHAT NEXT FOR RASHFORD?

Rashford was dropped for Manchester United's win over Chelsea and the 3-0 defeat against Bournemouth. He then missed the Champions League clash with Bayern due to illness. The 26-year-old could return to action on Sunday when Ten Hag takes his side to Anfield to face Premier League leaders Liverpool.
