Manchester United have now made an offer to Paris Saint-Germain for Mendes as they are keen to sign their main target for the January transfer window as per Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport. The report has suggested that the Portuguese international is interested by the potential of moving to Old Trafford as he is unhappy at Parc des Princes.

DID YOU KNOW?
Mendes' contract at PSG runs until 2026 and the French giants have been looking to extend the left-back's contract. However, the 22-year-old is not happy with the wages he has been offered by the Ligue 1 champions and has felt disrespected. Hence, Mendes is very keen on exiting the club in January or in the summer of 2025.
WHAT NEXT FOR MENDES?
A potential transfer fee has not been mentioned in the report by Hawkins, however, the highly-rated full-back is unlikely to come cheap. With Manchester United's financial struggles after the summer, it will have to be seen whether the Red Devils can actually go through with the move.
