According to Sky Sports, talks between Davies and Bayern have reached an advanced stage after the 24-year-old made some key concessions to the club in terms of salary expectations. The Canada international is contracted until July 2025 and some of Europe's biggest clubs began circling after Bayern refused to match his demands in the summer. However, reports suggest the two sides have reached an agreement and Davies is ready to commit to his future at the Allianz Arena.
Bayern remain unbeaten in the league this season and Davies has missed just one of those games. Kompany's side have conceded just nine goals in 11 Bundesliga matches with the Canadian in the starting XI.
