    WHAT LAUREN HEMP SAID

She told the Telegraph: "I quite like doing that [building Lego models] to relax the mind. I recently made a little model, a mini rollerskate, which was quite cool. I’ve actually recently been building Ikea flatpack things to put them all on shelves, because at the moment they’re just hoarding my house!”

  • THE BIGGER PICTURE

Hemp, who helped England win the 2022 Euros, is arguably playing some of the best football of her career for both club and country, where she has made 55 caps and scored 18 goals for the Lionesses. She will be key in City's bid to win the Women's Super League and wrestle that trophy away from Chelsea - who are going for a fifth straight title.
