Heading into the final day of the Championship season, Leeds needed only to match Burnley's result to be crowned champions - but what unfolded was a rollercoaster of an afternoon. Scott Parker's men scored three unanswered goals, but just as they looked to finish the season as top dogs, Solomon's 91st-minute goal sent the title to Leeds on goal difference with a 2-1 victory - sparking wild celebrations at Home Park from the away fans.
