Chelsea reportedly recall USMNT's Caleb Wiley from RC Strasbourg to finalize $21M signing of Mamadou Sarr

U.S. international Caleb Wiley is reportedly returning to Chelsea after spending several months on loan at club affiliate RC Strasbourg. The move is to help facilitate The Blues' $21 million (20 million euros) transfer deal for center back Mamadou Sarr, who currently plays for RC Strasbourg as well.
