    THE BIGGER PICTURE

The infamous kicking incident took place exactly 11 years and 1 day ago. During a heated Carabao Cup semi-final second-leg clash, the former Belgium international had kicked Morgan - who was 17-year-old at that time - as he tried to waste time on the sidelines as the ball went out for a corner. The Blues were trailing 2-0 from the first leg and an irritated Hazard vented out his frustration on the ballboy around the 80th minute mark. The player was immediately shown a red card and the London side were eventually knocked out of the competition.
