'Arteta's Arsenal are pulling a Kaizer Chiefs on their fans'

Arsenal's 3-1 defeat to Manchester City on Wednesday dented their chances of lifting their first Premier League title since 2004.

Goals from Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland sank Arsenal who got their consolation from Bukayo Saka's penalty.

The defeat condemned Arsenal to a three-match winless streak, allowing City to dislodge them from pole position and the Gunners' ambitions of winning the title seem to be fading away.

They could, however, take solace from the fact that they have played a game fewer than City which could give them a chance to reclaim top spot.

Now, South African fans invaded Twitter discussing the Gunners' fortunes while dragging Kaizer Chiefs' struggles in their engagement.

The Twitter users trolled Arsenal and compared them with Chiefs.
