WHAT HAPPENED?
Ramsdale has been linked with an Emirates exit after seeing David Raya take his spot as the club's first-choice keeper, after joining on a season-long loan from Brentford. With the England international short on game time, the 25-year-old could be off to pastures new next season, therefore, The Telegraph claim USMNT and Columbus Crew stopper Schulte is on the north London outfit's radar.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Ramsdale joined Mikel Arteta's side in 2021 for an initial £24 million ($30.7m) and went onto become an important player at the club. However, with Raya, who is joining the Gunners permanently this summer, relegating the 25-year-old to the bench, the former Sheffield United man's time at the Emirates looks like it could be drawing to a close.
