Wilfred Ndidi lauds Leicester City over Liverpool victory

The midfielder is pleased with the Foxes' triumph over the Reds in Tuesday's English League Cup encounter

Nigeria international, Wilfred Ndidi is delighted with Leicester City's  2-1 victory over Liverpool in the English Football League Cup.

The midfielder who was on parade for 84 minutes as Islam Slimani and Shinji Okazaki made the difference at the King Power Stadium outfit.

Ndidi took to the social media to express his excitement at the qualification of the Foxes to the next round.

"Great fight from the team and wonderful support from the fans. It's so nice to go to the next round (of the) CarabaoCup," Ndidi tweeted.
