We are not afraid of Azam, says Nadir Haroub

Yanga have had an inconsistent season and currently sit behind both Simba and Azam respectively

Yanga Captain Nadir Haroub ‘Cannavaro’ is confident of getting maximum points when they meet Azam in their next encounter Goal can reveal.

Speaking to Goal the central defender assured the clubs supporters that there is no reason to worry ahead of the encounter with the ‘ice-cream makers’ which will be played at Chamazi Complex in the outskirts of Dar es Salaam. 

“Azam FC is a good team and they will be playing at their home ground, but we are not afraid as we are determined to retain the trophy this season,” said Haroub.

The veteran defender has not featured for the team during recent matches, but was confident that any squad picked will win the match and scoop three points at Chamazi.
