Wazito appoints former Gor Mahia coach

Salim will join Wazito's technical bench that also has immediate former Modern Cost Rangers coach

Former Gor Mahia goalkeeper trainer, Abdul Iddi Salim has joined the newly promoted Kenyan Premier League side, Wazito FC.

Salim who has also had a stint at AFC Leopards and Tanzania giants, Simba FC well as Harambee Stars, joined Wazito as a first-team as goalkeeping coach.

Salim will join Wazito's technical bench that also has immediate former Modern Cost Rangers coach, Ahmed Mohammed as an assistant to Frank Ouna

Before his stint with Modern Coast Rangers, Mohammed worked at Bandari FC as a voluntary coach, besides a stint at Pumwani United.

Wazito CEO Luthers Mokua affirmed that he is confident that the duo will inject the needed experience at the club that is preparing for their debit in the 2018 KL league.
