WATCH: He can take them too! Fraser Forster’s amazing penalty challenge

Usually charged with stopping them, Sure asked the Southampton goalkeeper to experience the unrivalled pressure of the spot-kick from the other side

Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster was the hero of the hour last week, blocking James Milner's penalty to earn his side a valuable point against Liverpool.

Milner has not missed a spot-kick since November 2009, having converted 10 consecutive penalties prior to Forster’s stop.

England international Forster made eight saves on the day and became the first goalkeeper to save a penalty at Anfield since May 2015.

Poor Rory had no chance – at least he didn’t concede all four of them!
