Pochettino says Everton shouldn't have complaints over Oumar Niasse's two-match diving ban because all Premier League clubs agreed to the new rules

The Senegal forward is the first Premier League player to be punished under new Football Association laws that were introduced in May.

Niasse, 27, won a controversial penalty, under pressure from Scott Dann, in the draw at Crystal Palace last weekend.
