Victor Wanyama picked a knock against Burnley but he is fast recovery

Kenyan midfielder Victor Wanyama could play for Tottenham Hotspur against Watford on Saturday.

The Harambee Stars captain was absent in Spurs’ 3-1 win against Swansea City on Wednesday while nursing an injury on his back.

However, his manager Mauricio Pochettino has hinted at a possibility of including him against Watford as they pile more pressure behind leaders Chelsea.

“Victor was not 100% to be in team or on bench, but we hope for weekend he will be available again,” he was quoted as saying by Football.London.

Wanyama has started for Tottenham Hotspur since the beginning of the season missing only that against Swansea City.
