Tusker coach praise teammates after winning Award

The brewers managed victories against against Homeboyz, Zoo Kericho, Sony Sugar, Mathare United and AFC Leopards

Ugandan tactician George Nsimbe bagged May coach of the month award after leading Tusker to five straight wins.

The brewers managed victories against against Kakamega Homeboyz, Zoo Kericho, Sony Sugar, Mathare United and AFC Leopards. As a result, the coach received a trophy and Sh75, 000. However, Nsimbe has thanked his charges and the technical bench as a whole for winning the award. "This is something that has been achieved collectively, it is not an individual doing.

"It was not easy in the beginning, we struggled a lot, but once we hit the road we have not looked back. The players, colleagues in the technical bench as well as the management have been very supportive and that is why we have managed to bounce back. It is tough, yes the league is tough but we definitely want to continue giving our best on the pitch."

The brewers play Western Stima in their next league outing.
