The two sides may be without their respective top scorers, but there are plenty of tempting goalscorer options for Wednesday night's clash at Wembley

Tottenham host Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday evening with Mauricio Pochettino's side aiming to record a first leg win in their Champions League last 16 tie.

The game at Wembley will come too soon for Spurs' injured duo of Harry Kane and Dele Alli, whilst their opponents will be without their top scorer, too, as Marco Reus who also misses out through injury.

Nevertheless, this should still be an open and entertaining game with plenty of options in the goalscorer markets.

Latest odds

The two shortest priced players to net at Wembley are Son Heung-min and Paco Alcacer, who are each offered at 6/4 (2.50) with bet365 to score at anytime.

Spurs' Korean forward has been in fine form scoring in three consecutive games since returning from the Asian Cup. All told he has 15 goals in all competitions this term, although he is yet to find the back of the net in the Champions League.

Alcacer meanwhile has only scored once in four Champions League appearances this term and is yet to open his account in 2019 having ended the previous calendar year in strong fashion.

Elsewhere, Fernando Llorente is offered at 13/8 (2.62) with Dortmund's top scorer in the competition Raphael Guerreiro priced at 10/3 (4.33).

Goals in the Dortmund squad

One of the most eye-catching aspects of this entertaining Dortmund side is how the goals have been shared around the entire squad.

In the Bundesliga alone, 17 different players have found the back of the net, while in the Champions League their ten goals have been scored by seven different players.

There are a number of potential option and one of the most attractive could be ex-Manchester City winger Jadon Sancho at 11/4 (3.75), who has eight goals this season, scored at the weekend and will be highly motivated on his return to England.

Tips and predictions

While Son Heung-Min remains Spurs' most likely goal threat, there could be plenty of interest in the price of 21/10 (3.10) for Christian Eriksen to score.

The Danish international netted on Sunday in the Premier League and has scored in some of the biggest European games for Spurs over the last couple of seasons against Real Madrid, Juventus and Inter.
