Three changes for Ulinzi Stars against Mathare United

Elvis Nandwa is in the squad and will be hoping for play time against his former employers

Ulinzi Stars have made three changes as they prepare to host Mathare United in a Kenyan Premier League match.

Coach Dunstan Nyaudo drafted defender Brian Birgen back to the squad with hopes that the changes will come with a second win of the season.

Birgen returns from injury, same as Oscar Wamalwa, who missed Sony Sugar's game with an ankle sprain.

Midfielder Michael Otieno is also drafted in the team as the three take up places occupied by John Kago, Ibrahim Shambi and Hamisi Abdalla in the Sony Sugar game.

Elvis Nandwa is in the squad and will be hoping for play time against his former employers while defender Omar Mbongi will once again lead the team.

Enosh Ochieng is still nursing a metatarsal injury same as Collins Ochieng who picked a thigh muscle strain in the pre-season.

The Soldiers lost their last games by a solitary goal to Sony Sugar despite kicking off of the season with a triumphant 4-2 win over Zoo FC at Afraha Stadium two weeks ago.
