The influential Brazilian duo were held in reserve in the 2-1 victory away to Stoke City last weekend, with both coming on in the second half and scoring within two minutes of each other to further the club’s Champions League aspirations.
Ragnar Klavan is unavailable through a knee injury, with Lucas replacing the centre-back.
Teenage duo Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ben Woodburn, who started at the bet365 Stadium, are named among the substitutes.
Liverpool expect an aerial bombardment from the hosts, who have scored the most goals from corners (14) and through headers (14) in the Premier League this season.
