Tampines Rovers relieve Jurgen Raab of his duties

After leading Tampines Rovers to fourth place in this season’s Singapore Premier League, it is understood that head coach Jurgen Raab will be relieved of his duties at the Tampines based club.

This announcement was on The Stags’ official Twitter account. Significantly the club has yet to announce a successor to the German and will do so in due course. Raab was on a three year deal with Tampines before this latest development. Many believe that Tampines' decision boiled down to the German tactician's disappointing fourth spot finish in the league, a result not good enough for a club the size of Tampines.
