K'Ogalo eliminated Zanzibar outfit Jang'ombe after defeating them 2-0 with All Stars going against odds to defeat Simba

Gor Mahia forward Meddie Kagere says his team cannot afford to underrate Nakuru All Stars in the Super Cup semi-final set to be played on Thursday.

K'Ogalo eliminated Zanzibar outfit Jang'ombe after defeating them 2-0 with All Stars going against the odds to defeat Tanzania giants Simba 5-4 on post match penalties. Despite Gor Mahia coming into the match as favorites, Kagere is adamant tables might turn and the best his team can do is to be focused.

"They (Stars) are a good team and we saw their potential against Simba and now they are in the semis. They are good, and we have to treat them with the respect they deserve, we cannot underrate them at all. Yes, we are prepared and we are aiming at reaching the finals, but it is one match at a time," the Rwandese told Goal.

AFC Leopards will play Yanga in another match set tokick-off at 2.00pm. The winner will pocket Sh.3 million.
