It has not been a good week for Real Sociedad as the Basque outfit's 100 percent start coming to a crashing halt with back-to-back defeats.
Last Sunday, La Real were utterly outplayed at home in a 3-1 defeat by Real Madrid, while Thursday evening saw them go down 3-0 at newly promoted Levante.
The midweek result could have been different had Juanmi not spurned a glorious chance to make it 1-1, yet overall it was a disappointing evening and a result from which the side must bounce back this weekend.
Valencia, for their part, are flying, still unbeaten after five games and full of confidence after a 5-0 thrashing of Malaga on Tuesday night at Mestalla. Dabblebet price the visitors at 21/10 (3.10) to claim their third win of the season, while La Real can be backed at 5/4 (2.25) and the draw is offered at 5/2 (3.50).
The defeat at Levante in midweek was the first time in seven competitive matches this season that Sociedad had failed to find the back of the net, and at home Eusebio Sacristan's men have a solid scoring record.
Last season, La Real won both meetings against Valencia by a 3-2 scoreline and a repeat is offered at 22/1 (23.00); yet backing at least three goals in the game makes sense and is a selection which has regularly paid out in matches in the Estadio Anoeta, where each of the Basques' last five games have seen over 2.5 goals.
Also well worthy of consideration is backing both teams to score and either to win at 13/10 (2.30), which offers higher odds and seems a shrewd way to invest in a game with at least three strikes.
