Former Chippa United defender James Okwuosa is believed to have been offered a three-year contract by Orlando Pirates.
The move appeared to be taking longer than it was expected this week, but according to Own Goal Nigeria, Okwuosa will soon be a Bucs player and the Soweto giants will announce his signing in the near future.
"The former Super Eagles invitee is expected to sign a three-year deal with the team, which will be made official in the coming days by both clubs," the website stated.
"Owngoalnigeria have in its possession never seen before pictures of the defender during his medical examination,” the Nigerian publication reported.
Okwuosa arrived at Bucs along with returnee Thembinkosi Lorch and Marc van Heerden, who also reportedly passed his medicals with Bucs.
