Bandari coach Paul Nkata has lauded his defense for a job well done after collecting maximum points last weekend.

The dockers defeated visitors Muhoroni Youth 3-0, and are yet to concede a goal in the three outings played this season. Nkata says more should be expected from his team, but it is definitely one step at at time.

"Our problem was conceding regularly even in matches we should not and it is something we had to work on. Well, so far I am impressed with what I have seen and the way we have conducted ourselves. Three matches without conceding a goal, that is definitely encouraging from my defenders," Nkata told Goal.

"Yes, we scored three goals but we still have some work to do in the attacking department but so far so good."

The Coastal-based side is currently leading the eighteen team table with seven points.
