Nakumatt brag after beating AFC Leopards

The newly promoted side edged out Ingwe in a friendly match played on Saturday

After getting a slim 1-0 win against 13-times Kenyan Premier League champions AFC Leopards, Nakumatt FC Secretary Albert Wesonga says more is yet to come.

Former Ingwe striker Kepha Aswani scored the lone goal as Nakumatt registered a morale boosting pre-season win for the new-comers. Wesonga says more is yet to come from his side.

Timely boost for Thika United as winger returns

"It was a good match, we did our best and finally got a deserved win, actually we could have scored more but we wasted many open chances, all in all, it is a morale boosting win. It shows the quality we have and what we are capable of doing when the season kicks off," he told Goal.

Nakumatt, Zoo Kericho, Kariobangi Sharks and Nzoia Sugar are the four clubs that were promoted this season.
