The Chilli Boys boss will approach the Buccaneers regarding the possibility of resigning the former Enugu Rangers star

Chippa United chairman Siviwe 'Chippa' Mpengesi has disclosed that James Okwuosa is unsettled at Orlando Pirates.

The 26-year-old defender joined the Buccaneers from the Chilli Boys in January, 2017 with high hopes of cementing his place in the Pirates starting line-up.

Okwuosa made his competitive Pirates debut during the team's embarrassing 6-0 defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium four months ago.

Bucs head coach Kjell Jonevret, who was appointed in February,  2017, has overlooked the towering center back since arriving at the club.

“James called me and told me his move to Orlando Pirates is not going according to his wish," Mpengesi to Umhlobo Wenene FM.

"He asked me to look at a possibility of bringing him back to the club. So, I can say we will talk to Pirates about it and see what can we do," he added.

"We know he played once for Pirates when they lost to Sundowns and I don't think he can be a bad player from one match.

"We know his qualities, so we will see how it goes," the Chilli Boys club boss concluded.
