Mohamed Salah nominated for English Premier League player of the month

The 25-year-old scored seven goals in four league games and his performances has earned him a nomination for November's gong

Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah has been nominated for the English Premier League player of the month of November.

The Egypt international has been in sensational form since his record move to the Anfield Stadium outfit from Roma, scoring 17 goals in 22 appearances in all competitions.

And after scoring an impressive seven goals in four league games which includes three braces, the ex-Chelsea winger has been nominated for the award alongside Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne [Manchester City], Eden Hazard [Chelsea], Shkodran Mustafi [Arsenal], Ashley Young [Manchester United], and Robbie Brady [Burnley].

The award is decided by a combination of the choices of a panel of experts, Premier League club captains and a public vote counting for 10 percent of the total votes.

The public votes will end on December 11 with the winner due to be revealed on December 15.

Salah, however, will be looking to help Liverpool pick a positive result when they square off against Spartak Moscow in Wednesday’s Uefa Champions League game at Anfield.
