Michael Olunga could remain in the Spanish league next season following a successful completion of his loan spell with Girona FC.
Goal now understands that two clubs - Real Sociedad or Real Betis - are keen to secure the services of the towering striker. The two Spanish sides are said to have shown interest in the Kenyan international during his season loan spell with Girona FC.
Olunga’s three goals in 11 appearances, including a hat-trick for Girona against Las Palma, helped the league debutantes to a 10th place finish
Olunga was on loan from Chinese side Guizhou Zhichen.
Olunga pulled out of Harambee Stars planned friendlies against Swaziland and Equatorial Guinea on Friday and Monday respectively.
With his future at Girona still unclear, Olunga is said to be considering a permanent stay in La Liga.
