Arsenal shelve Lacazette contract talks
Arsenal have shelved talks with Alexandre Lacazette over a contract extension - according to The Sun.
The Frenchman's future won't be discussed again until May so that the Gunners can focus on qualifying for the Champions League, despite his current deal expiring at the end of the season.
Lacazette, who has been linked with a return to Lyon, has hit three goals in 18 Premier League appearances for Arsenal so far this term.
Abraham has heart set on Chelsea return
Roma striker Tammy Abraham has his heart set on a return to Chelsea - according to Corriere dello Sport.
The 24-year-old spent five years with the Blues before joining the Giallorossi for £34 million ($45m) last summer.
Chelsea inserted a £68m ($91m) buy-back clause in Abraham's contract which becomes active next year, and he is hopeful that they elect to bring him back to Stamford Bridge.
Newcastle eyeing cut-price Rabiot deal
Newcastle are eyeing a cut-price deal for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot - according to Calciomercato.
The Bianconeri are ready to let the 26-year-old go in the summer transfer window for as little as £12 million.
Rabiot only has 17 months left on his contract and Juve won't be handing him a renewal, with Newcastle now poised to swoop for his services.

Diego Maradona's son Diego Sinagra has expressed his belief that Lionel Messi will return to Barcelona - perhaps even as soon as in the summer transfer window.
Messi began his career at Barca back in 2004 and went on to help the club win 34 trophies, including 10 La Liga titles and the Champions League.
The Argentina international also won seven Ballon d'Or awards at Camp Nou while becoming the club's all-time top goalscorer, but they had to let him go due to a financial crisis last summer - with Paris Saint-Germain subsequently snapping him up on a free transfer.

Atletico Madrid midfielder Hector Herrera is the subject of interest from the Houston Dynamo - according to Tom Bogert.
The MLS outfit have submitted an official offer for the 31-year-old, and sent general manager Pat Onstad to watch him play against Manchester United in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Houston Dynamo are looking to sign Herrera on a free transfer when his contract with Atletico expires in the summer.
Boca winger Pavon set to join Atletico Mineiro
Boca Juniors winger Cristian Pavon is set to join Atletico Mineiro - according to Cesar Luis Merlo.
The 26-year-old is in the final stages of talks with Mineiro, who hope to announce his signing in the coming days.
Pavon has spent the last eight years of his career at Boca, scoring 36 goals in 136 games.
PSG join race for Reims forward Ekitike
Paris Saint-Germain have joined the race to sign Reinms forward Hugo Ekitike - according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
Milan and Newcastle have also been linked with the 19-year-old, whose current contract is not due to expire until 2024.
Reims won't let Ekitike go cheaply in the summer but PSG could look to beat their rivals to his signature.
Neymar: I was set to play for Real Madrid
Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar has revealed that he was set to play for Real Madrid in his early teenage years, but decided against joining the Spanish giants after getting too "homesick".
Neymar is widely regarded as one of the top players of his generation, having learned his trade at Santos before going on to win La Liga and the Champions League at Barcelona alongside the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
PSG broke the world transfer record to sign the Brazilian for €222 million (£185m/$247m) in 2017 and he is also the second-highest goalscorer in his country's history behind Pele, but he has now confirmed that he turned down the chance to play for Madrid in his youth.

Chelsea could look to capitalise on the uncertainty surrounding Gnabry's future this summer and offer him the chance to return to the Premier League, six years on from his Arsenal exit.

Talks already in motion for Barca star
Chelsea have given up on signing Bayern Munich's Serge Gnabry and are instead focusing on Ousmane Dembele, Sport reports.
It is claimed that talks have already begun with the attacker's entourage.
Dembele himself would prefer to stay at Barcelona, but the club simply cannot afford his wage demands.
Chelsea, meanwhile, would be willing to pay him a large signing-on bonus, as well as covering his salary request.
Manchester United and Juventus are also said to be monitoring the situation closely.
Pioli expects Ibra to play on
AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has said that he expects Zlatan Ibrahimovic to continue playing at the club next season.
Ibrahimovic's current deal runs out this summer but his manager thinks he will still be around for the 2022-23 campaign.
“I feel he wants to continue [to play football next season], this is my expectation,” Pioli said. “It's only up to Ibrahimovic, he will decide – you should ask him.”
Conte not planning on leaving Spurs
Antonio Conte is not planning to leave Tottenham despite recent comments, talkSPORT says.
The Spurs boss said after the Burnley loss: "I came in to try to improve the situation but maybe in this moment, I don’t know. I’m not so good to improve it. It is very frustrating.
"I’m trying to do everything but the situation is not changing.
"In the last five games, we are playing like we are in relegation - this is the reality. Maybe there is something wrong. I want to take responsibility, if I have that, I’m open for every decision, I want to help Tottenham from first day I arrive. Also to take my salary. It is not right at this moment."
However, the report claims Conte's words were a rallying cry to his players, not a statement of intent to quit his job.
