Liberty Academy held Kenyan Premier League champions Tusker FC to a 4-4 draw in a friendly played on Wednesday.

The brewers needed Omar Bilal to save their face in the dying minutes after Liberty came from a goal down in the first half to take the lead into the second half. Michael Khamati gave Tusker the lead but Liberty responded with four quick goals including one from the penalty spot after David Mwangi committed a foul.

Veteran goalkeeper Duncan Ochieng' soaked in four goals before he was replaced by David Okello in the second half. Ochieng' gifted Liberty an easy goal when he punched the ball to play and the rebound was slotted in for Liberty to double their lead in the 42nd minute before completing their goal scoring spree at the stroke of first half.

Substitutes, Anthony Ndolo, Stephen Owusu and Bilal came to the champions' rescue in the second half to force a draw in the dramatic match.
