Lazio President: No Juventus sale for Keita Balde

The Biancocelesti have reportedly vetoed the Senegalese from joining Juventus, living Inter as his only choice in Italy

Lazio and Senegalese attacker Keita Balde has been told to forget about joining Juventus by his clubs president Claudio Lotito.

The wantaway forward has continued to attract interest both in and outside Italy and it had seemed like Juventus were a possible destination until recently.

According to Mediaset Premium, Lotitio has informed Balde that there will be no sale to Juventus, despite the fact that they are his preferred option.

Juventus' withdrawal will see Inter Milan regain pole control in the race to sign the 22-year-old.

The Biancocelesti had already agreed terms with Milan last month and Keita turned them down but having refused to sign an extension to his contract which runs until June 2018, and with options now limited, Keita’s Lazio exit seems inevitable this summer.

Simone Inzaghi ‘s men are reportedly asking for €25 million for the attacker who scored 16 goals in 31 Serie A appearances in the previous campaign.
