AFC Leopards’ new goalkeeping coach Lawrence Webo has vowed to help Ingwe custodians hit greater heights.
The former Posta Rangers member of the technical bench took over from Mathews Ottamax. Webo is confident of a good start and a better season as AFC Leopards aim at winning the league for the first time since 1998.
"My main job is to turn these goalkeepers into match-winning players; when a goalkeeper is at a higher level, he helps the team win and that is what I want to do. It is not an easy task but with the cooperation from everyone, I believe everything will be perfect.
"It is going to be the first season and every department has to give absolutely everything for us to win the league; if we conceded less goals or none at all, our chances of winning the league will be high."
Former Kenyan international and AFC Leopards stars Simon Mulama is set to replace Gilbert Selebwa as the Team Manager.
